Unfortunately they broke them in a past version but the sculk sensors (in since 1.17?) can be acquired in survival in 1.19 which makes them possible again.

Previously, you could get treasure loot from a single water source, but no longer. With a sculk sensor you can have a large water source to get treasure and a trick with boats to detect when a fish bites but not when the bobber makes bubbles. It’s a little complicated but still doable early on.

Oh boy I have questions:

1. is your fish farm on multiplayer?
2. I have had trouble with mine recasting on a local server (so about 1 ms ping). Is your working?
3. What shader is that?

Yes, I used RaysWorks' design and built the auto recast part so not really.
I use BSL shaders, I was using TME but that was a bit dark for my liking.
