Realms is a bit expensive in my opinion. There are cheaper options from companies like Anvilnode that give you more control over the hosting.

Can Realms co-play with Java? I forget... I know both of them have realms, but idk if it's still cross-platform as they both still use very different systems. Though if I remember correctly I think BadBoyHalo managed to do it at some point

On the SMP, does anyone have several (~81) wither roses? I will (Eventually) pay in magma cream. Or gold.
This is a drawback of any Java server, though. Cross play really can't work unfortunately.

Unfortunately I don't think anyone does. Your best bet would be to spawn a wither at the nether roof and have a ton of chickens there. I can help you if you would like.
