And demons! It was scary cool.
Yeah, aside from all the factual stuff in it, what did you think of it?
I think it was OK... Not my first choice for a rewatch tho.
Gotcha. Thanks for letting me know!
Hey, wrong topic... DC comics... Not Marvel...
I had the chance to ultimately spoil it for everyone...
But life always gets in the way. Did anyone feel disappointed when they waited for the post-credit scene only to find out that there was no post-credit scene?
Eh, a little bit. I already knew that when i started the show because the movie theater had a sign.
There wasn’t the usual post-credit scene but there was an Easter egg at the end of a hammer sound, which is a tribute to Iron Man, specifically the moment when Tony is building Mark I. Recently, they just added another Easter egg at the end of Endgame. It’s the latest trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home, since it contains spoilers from the movie.
Did anybody think that Ether in Thor: The Dark World, sounded like Aether? Except Aether isn't evil, the words just sound the same
Actually, the Aether in Thor is spelled Aether.
I know, right? Isn't that pretty cool?
Not at all! It's evil on Thor!
Evil? Eh, I don't know if I'd call it evil, per se... It's just a substance. It just needs a host, hence the whole Jane Foster-Aether Incident.
Does she turn into Scarlet Witch?
No, but that'd be cool! I don't see any tie from the Aether to Scarlet Witch, but I reeeaaally have a hunch that her power has something to do with it. But even Vision mentioned something about her powers coming from an Infinity Stone! The Aether is an Infinity Stone - the red Reality Stone. She messes with others' realities, right?
That’s because the Scarlet Witch’s power (and Quicksilver’s power) comes from the Mind Stone!
o . o
But the Mind Stone is yellow, right? To me, Scarlet Witch's power reminds me of the Aether - same color and a similar substance.
But isn't the Mind Stone in Vision's head and Loki's scepter, too?
Yes, but it’s revealed in Age of Ultron that Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver were experimented on with the Mind Stone that was in Loki’s scepter, before it was given to Vision.
