Yes, there is a bone there that is connected! I don't remember the name of it unfortunately, but you can feel it move if you press your tongue on the top of your mouth and the place between you eyebrows, in turn. This also relieves pressure in your sinuses! I've done it before it totally works! Another Life Hack and Fun Fact combo for the road!

Life Hack for the day: If you have an upset stomach from the stomach flu (like me ) or such, eating activated charcoal* in some applesauce will help.
*Do NOT even think about using grill charcoal because if you do...... Bad things will happen
I've heard of that... never tried it, I'll give it a go next-time I have a stomach-flu!

You know how when you’re sick your eyes can get sensitive to screens? I heard about this somewhere and it helped me be able to take care of things on my iPad without killing my brain. (Disclaimer: only for Apple devices.)Open the Settings app. Go to Accessibility. Go to Motion. Flip the Reduce Motion switch, and then flip the Prefer Cross-Fade Transitions switch that pops up. Now all the animations will be less jarring and slower, and sliding and bouncing will be replaced by a fade-in.
