I'm sorry, I brought it up again because mr_f8 & another girl were misunderstanding me when I said I like gentle sensitive boys. I wanted to clarify, I didn't mean boys who act lgbt, or feminine, I just ment I'm not into rough, country boys, or guys & that's ok.
I know & agree that in the OLD testament there was nazarites but we're in the new testament commands today. Nazarites don't exist & the laws today are different. We should always obey a new testament teaching over an old testament teaching. A Christmas man today can't set himself apart as a Nazarite & grow his hair long because in the testament nazarites for Jesus Christ don't exist & besides that was only for Jewish people & are you guys Jewish? No.
I'm sure a boy with long hair isn't always lgbt & there is some longer hairstyles for men, especially boys. There's lots of young boys with longer hairstyles but once they get older or hit puberty their mothers make sure they get a proper boys haircut.
In my country it's considered "strange" appearance, like the Bible asks us not to do. Both wearing nail polish & long hair in my country is seen as for girls .
If a boy had long hair here, he's usually judged as LGBT, or that he is antisocial & has terrible grooming skills & is autistic. & A girl with a buzz cut is typically seen as a lesbian. People judging others & not being loving is right, but it's just true in my culture that's how people view it.
I'm not saying it all cases it's wrong. There is some longer hairstyles that look cute on younger boys, & some girls have no hair because of chemotherapy & cancer. But in this day & age & culture it's just true that longer hair is seen as for girls & shorter hair is seen as for boys. Usually boys I know who had longer hair as kids cut them shorter once they hit puberty.
How many Christians families let their daughters go get buzz cuts & their boys grow you hair past their shoulders? Not very many & there is a reason for that. I'm not being legalitic though. Of course girls can get haircuts & hairstyles & it doesn't have to be super looong to still like like a girl haircut & boys can get longer hairstyles but theirs a point when it just looks lgbt or unkempt.
If the hairstyles is starting to blurr the line where people who don't know you might think your lgbt than maybe it's time to get a haircut if your a boy or maybe it's time to grow your hair a little longer if your a girl.
