Yes, there might not be a way, but then again there might be. It's a gamble for sure, however, if you don't care to find another way you won't spend more then two seconds looking for it. It takes time, prayer, and thought.
Don't pray for the forums as a whole, pray for it's individuals, since that's where the issue lies.
The members of this forum are gradually losing touch with the community here. Notice, most of the members who have left usually mention no longer having a place. They've withdrawn themselves long enough to see this forum running without them. Then, they wonder why they bother logging in at all.
One reason why everyone loves Christward so very much is that they feel needed and loved in that community. However, if they removed themselves from it for long enough, the same sense of un-belonging would occur.
This forum has been mal-nourished at late, a fact most of it's members have come to notice. Though most can't put their finger on what's different about it now then before. The lack of episode two is a strain, yes, but there's more going on. Something unknown, yet felt.
Cherished older members become inactive, interest is lost in this community, and then there's always the potential of other social medias. As the members grow older, they might choose Instagram or Facebook over this forum, or maybe they've just become more busy in life.
We can't keep people from leaving altogether, however, we can enrich to community from within.
Pray that we maintain our friendships, pray that we strengthen our trust, pray that we stay together through the long episode wait. Pray that we learn from each other, pray that we grow in our faith, pray for every silent member you can remember. Have they left forever? None can tell. Pray for the moderating system, pray the kinks will be sorted out. Pray for the requests made known.
I'm sure there's more about it to say, as for now, pray.
