So we're trying to make this as fun for everyone and we're wondering: if there was one thing that we could change in this competition, what would it be? The start time to later in the day? Maybe have set times on when the competition will end?

Having a set time to end would probably be a damper on what you are going for. IMO I think it's fine.

What about people who might not be able to play as long as it lasts? That doesn't seem like a fair chance for some people who have to leave sooner because they have a limit. (myself included.)

I already told my mom and dad, my dad was fine, but when I told her the name, she said I couldn't play all night and day. Of course she was exaggerating, but I think you know what she means. And other than Christmas, we have something important on that week.

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to think about here. If it's possible to cut down time for better enjoyment and more people like that option, it might be better.

That is a fair point. The yearly estimated rate from the math I've done is at around $60. That's a nice gift, but then again you have to win.

I highly doubt the competition would last more than two hours. We're still trying to figure out a time frame since we've never done this before. Our goal in the future is to make a bigger scale competition with a ton of people with bigger and better prizes. You guys get to be in the first test! (Even though it's a still a real competition.)

The worst thing that could happen is having to quit so it doesn't hurt giving it a shot. We'll be giving a full rules list on the 15th of Dec.

If I could, I would change it to an hour-long timed challenge. Having it go on... indefinitely may impeded certain people's ability to fully participate...
