That depends on the person behind the character. If the character likes you only because the one behind it is pretending to like you because if that character was a real person they would, then that can't be called a real friendship
It's different with Vytanni. You know she likes you as a person, not just because Jekyll and Hyde like you. I'm fairly certain Cinder does, however, characters can't replace genuine friends if the friendship is acted.
I thought you said you had a friend in real life, a guy friend, correct?
The more you paint yourself as a failure in your heart, the more you'll act, communicate, and live like one. We are what we think as they say. Also, your description of yourself isn't true at all.
You are God's creation. You are loved infinity by him! Now I know you've heard this before and it probably doesn't make a dent in your self-image. However, try this on for size:
God doesn't create ugly things. God doesn't create failures. God doesn't create people who are always doomed to fail in every area of life. You are God's creation, and he doesn't create stupid things.
However, if these things were always true, where does the change come in? It comes in how you see yourself. You are loved, Stan, live like you are loved! Live like the Father loves you! See yourself as his precious daughter that he loves with everything in him. Don't see yourself as worthless, God never made you that way. Live the way you were always meant to live; as a loved one of the King.
