You have to go to the email you made the account with. If it's your parents email you'll have to ask them to verify the account.
There should be an email from Aetherlight.

I paid for the subscription $5.99 a month but I didn't get a key code because when I paid it asked me to sign in as a parent, which it then wouldn't take my password. I changed my password but it still wouldn't let me login as a parent. How do I get a key code so I can have the 3 episodes

You don’t need a key code to unlock the subscription. Try logging in and see if you can continue the story.
