3rd time and the last two never had a problem.
Hmmm... Is Irving not at the Isle or the Beacon?
The quest would break for me the second time I did it. Irving was never at the Isle, and he wasn't at the beacon.

So let me get this straight.Lukas gave you the transponder, you went to the isle, and it said you helped irving with the ambush, and Irving was never at the Isle?
oh and in the game my chat is dark when i text it doesn't show my text or other players text. and crankdust has problems if you look at my really long text on i need help right now!from Nov 22 it shows that i have tons of problems to.

Sadly, Irving disappears and the quest can't be finished. If you haven't finished the main storyline, you can get Irving to come back. Special Delivery is just really broken.
I have the same problem as you, and there isn't a way to fix it yet.

Where do I find/make any of these items and what locations do you find them? Hopefully you know because I need some of these items and how do you make snowmorian cacti.?
He is not at the beacon because when I get the mission and I look at Irving he is gone.
The words Jefferson uses for his quests are riddles. Sometimes it's an item you already have, sometimes it's something more rare you have to go get. Some are based on shapes, some on color, or function. And in the snowmoors try adding ice to things.
Irving has tended to disappear once the transponder quest (Special Delivery) was completed, even if the quest shows up again. It's a glitch that has yet to be fixed. It's best to do all other Irving quests first before doing that one, but no one knows that until it's too late unfortunately.
