You actually don't craft them, maybe something that pumps out steam in Lukas' workshop paired with a can? You can find lots of fun things to create in Lukas' workshop

I believe the cameras are already set up, you just have to find them I think they all located in the southern slurries.

The water crane should be here \|/ :

And you get to that place by going up this ramp \|/ :

If it isn't there, yet you are in that spot, try going here \|/ in the Northern Slurries:

And the camp in the previous photo, should be here \|/ (The entrance to the Northern Slurries should be the rails leading into the picture from the bottom.)

There are several all over Aethasia. Junk yard, The Isle, South Slurries. You can also get one from Aetherlights other app Companion Engines.
