I need help RIGHT NOW!

So, I have a problem... one of the computers in my family's house has the Aetherlight Launcher, if you try to open the game, this is what happens.

Me, presses play.

FATAL ERROR! Failed to load mono.

I've tried deleting the files for Aetherlight, and re installing them, restarting the computer and it still won't work. It works just fine on different users on that same computer, but not on my sister's. It is a windows 11 computer and this started happening after the abandon quest update.
Any help would be appreciated.

I got mixed up the two messages I sent on mar 4 where Mr.Crankdust said those things cause we share a computer and he had one tab on Google and he was logged onto the forums and I made a new tab and logged on to the forums so those two messages were written by chrankdust so yeah

I think you might have to go in the parent dashboard on the website

You have to log into the dashboard and click on the account.
It should have the option there to delete it.

thanks but i just rememberd that if i deleted my account i would lose my level 22 plus i just got the anniversary badge so i am staying with the resistance.

I can ask a moderator to delete them. You can only delete messages if you just posted them.

@Mr_R9 Here are the locations. Lots of people have difficulty finding at least one or two of them cause some blend in very well.
