Well, I know it's weird to do this after a year of it being isolated, but....

My family is doing Thanksgiving, then the next day me and my brother and sister are doing a LoTR marathon and cooking LoTR-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

That's awesome @Iliara_Mustardtop! My family and I are so obsessed with LOTR and the Hobbit that we had a hobbit breakfast on the day the first Hobbit movie came out! It was delicious!
My favorite Thanksgiving food would probably be cranberry sauce, it has a special place in my heart. (@Jacoby_Elderfun1 )

My family is either inviting a bunch of single parents, families, etc... that my mom meets over mommy sites over for Thanksgiving or only inviting family. I'm not sure which one would be better. (Annoying guests + a lot more great food or only a few people + less food)...?

Selfish me says I would DEFINITELY go with

Since annoying guests can make you lose your appetite 0-0

But it would be really nice to do

this, and you may make a big difference in someone's life. Besides, I doubt they would be annoying, really.

(Plus, maybe God wants you to sacrifice your appetite for someone getting saved! Now that would be awesome!)
