I love the Time Reference Paradox.
Me: Before time began...
Linguist: That's a language fallacy. Without Time, there is no before, there is no after, and there is no beginning. Time always has to exist.
Me: Therefore you worship time. Millions of years. You worship the thing that ages and kills you.
Evolutionist:
Me: Science dictates that time flows in a straight line from past, present, to future because of entropy, which is the degradation of energy from a useable state to a less useable state. However, you're arguing that humans evolved from a lower life form with less intelligence and less energy, that life has been improving. In order to do so, our forms of observable life would need to be outside time, since time degrades things through entropy.
Biology Prof: Miss Fuzzywalker, that will be enough.
Me: So, before time began, all forms of life have been improving. Since the existance of time, life has been degrading and subject to entropy.
Linguist:
Time cannot begin!
Me: Oh, yes. That means that somehow we were moved from an outside time state to an inside time one. Otherwise, evolution contradicts the existence of time. And the science of entropy. And to move a being from an inside time state to an outside time state would require a hugely massive source of energy beyond human comprehension.
Evolutionist: >_>
Me: Also, to move a being from a beyond time state to an in time state, the energy source would have to be beyond time. So now we are talking about an infinite, timeless being -
Biology prof: Miss Fuzzywalker, this is not a forum for religious discussion-
Me: I'm simply discussing current science. Allow me to explain. I apologize for bringing physics into this, but physics does affect biology, does it not?
Biology prof: I'm going to have to ask you to leave.
Me: Whatever. leaves
