Episode 2: possible bug in gameplay?

Hello, we are not sure if we have messed up the gameplay, I hope you can see if that's true or can help if so:

In Episode 2, we completed part of a quest before we actually triggered the event that gives us the quest, and now it won't complete.

It is in the "Flying L" where we need to move 5 crates of Rose's. We moved one of them before we got the balloons from her, because we got a homing balloon from belowdecks.

When we actually got the quest, the task said 0/5 crates moved. We moved the 4 crates we could find (including the Aether injector thing) and are pretty certain that is all of them...

Uhhhhh you might try to ask Rose or just keep looking.
I'm one of those people (probably the only one jk) who forgets how to tell people how to do it.

Yeah... this isn't exactly a glitch, but rather just a small mistake done on your part. It's fine, this actually often happens to many of us. I think it happened to me once...

Though there isn't much of a solution we and you can put into effect, I believe that the game makers should be able to help you out with this. Just send a support request with this link: I hope this helps! Courtesy of @Xonos_Darkgrate

Once you get there, just follow the instructions, and soon someone should help you with your problem.

We're pretty sure we know what to do and that there is no other crate to move.

we are really afraid we messed it all up by using a balloon before the quest was given to us.
