We tried everything, but Edmund’s ship is still in dock, no moving at all....starting to give up, we can not complete this quest for weeks already. :(. I tried to contact customer service twice, but nothing :.(....please help

we tried to sign in our PC, but the only thing we got is that the Fog Injector disappears, and now we can not find it anywhere (we already installed that Injector weeks ago, but Edmund's ship was not moving) we usually play in IPad. Please need help, we are in this quest for many weeks, and we do not have other missions to complete.

Hi, please we really need your help. My son and I are stuck on level 16 because of Edmund Team Quest (enjoy the race). When we signed in on my PC the fog injector disappeared (althought we already installed it). My username is vanialo and my son’s john1314. We do not have more missions to fill for more than three

Hello, I am experiencing the same problem where im stuck on the quest where it says "enjoy the race". I tried logging in on pc and the fog injector disappeared. After that, when I click in the edmunds racer, it said I had to pump it with air but it wouldn't let me. I am confused at this point. Would love if someone could fix my account so I could keep playing. My user name is david23.
