Hammer automaton helmets laying around that will sometimes give you them.
Only the snoormorian engine will lower that vent so just keep adding aether.

Where are the plasma infusion sprockets in the abandoned labs?

I don't know what that is.

Hey @Miss_S1, yep, @Spector_Otterquill was pretty much right on those points.

1. Just use your hammer on those Automaton heads lying around and you'll get a lens for each one.

2. This as well, you just have to keep filling it. It actually takes about more than five so I suggest getting someone to help if you need to get through quickly.

3. I'm not sure either, do you have a picture? If you do then I'll probably be able to tell you, but I unfortunately didn't memorize all the gear in Aetherlight so I don't remember the name. Does they look like colored wires or a big machine that shoots out bits of lightning?

4. Season Pass is for ONE character account. However, if you want to use multiple characters without paying for them individually you can buy a family pack or something like that. Those allow you to make multiple accounts with the same email.

1. Hm... They should work... I'm not sure why they won't... What hammer are you using?

2. No problem, yeah, I suggest asking a person or two to help.

3. Oh those?! I know what those are, I just wasn't sure. You just add a lens to it and you'll receive a plasma globe. Plasma globes are sometimes used to complete missions or to help craft different gadgets.

4. Oh yes, you can make multiple accounts with the same email, but if you want all those accounts to be able to play through the episodes again, you'll have to get the family pack. It's either that, or buy another season pass individually or with a separate email.

As for 3, someone told me that there were some of those in the abandoned labs. I guess they were wrong. For 4, I'm so confused. I guess I'll figure it out for myself later by hitting the new character button and seeing what happens.

I have a Rocket Hammer too. They're amazing!
It should be working. Just drag the hammer directly onto the automaton head.

There IS one in the Labs! Travel through both of the access teleport tubes, then travel in a south-easterly (downward and to the right) direction. Eventually you'll have to cross some ice bridges. At the end of those, there's a room with the Plasma Infusion Sprocket machine. If you keep going down, you'll come across the INFAMOUS AUTOMAYETI! Hope this helps. If you still can't find it, I'd be happy to post more in-depth instructions.

P.S. If you only bought the Season 1 pack and not the Family Season pack, you will have to buy the episodes again for the second character. If you bought the family pack, you can have all the episodes on up to 5 characters. (Accounts are linked via the parent dash, I think.)

Side note: Is everyone else seeing Miss Fuzzywalker in-game? I tried to make my character's name, but I think there might have been a glitch that made it so my first name choice didn't go though. The glitch was related to downloading new content - it downloaded it, but then it kept showing the downloading new content thing and doing it over and over.

Miss_S1 is fine now, though. I don't need myself fixed, but the glitch fix would be fun.

@Miss_S1, technically, it isn't a glitch. You're name is probably under moderation. Which means that Aetherlight or a moderator is thinking about whether or not your name is appropriate or allowed. I know you probably didn't mean for it to be offending or explicit, but the system might not and might classify your name as bad by itself. I'm not sure if a moderator can fix it, but maybe they can. @Goku_Ironheart.

Sorry, I didn't think that name would cause a problem. No worries though - I guess I'm just too fast and too weird for everyone.

The system might have thought I was bragging or bullying. facepalms I was referring to the idea of adventures and epic quests, not like I was superior or something. I guess I probably deserve the nick. Maybe just plain Sierra would be better.

Name moderation isn't an automated process, I actually do that too.

It's a pretty loose process but if I read through names and it sounds off/bad it won't be moderated also if it sounds like it is someones first and last names or two names together it won't be moderated either.

If you do want to change your name to just "Sierra" you can contact me here and I can change it for you.
You will just have to answer some questions which is just part of the process so I can change it for you.

Just a side thing about the Automaton heads, sometimes you may have to move slightly around the head and try the hammer again, sometimes it's a little fickle. But also make sure you haven't got a lens from the same Automaton head before, they only have the one lens until the next day

Thanks for the clarification. I would prefer what I originally put in, if that's fine by the moderating team. I was just throwing out an alternative in case it wasn't.
