I'm pretty sure, but not certain. I haven't had the time to look for more, but I bet they're out there somewhere. Just like the crates of random stuff (full of cogs, springs, etc. and one goody like an Aether-boiler), I bet they spawn randomly around Aethasia.

I found a dream cube in the southern slurries and in the northern slurries, but it's hard to tell where because a lot of it is just snow.

I know of four locations for dream cubes, but I haven't found any in the slurries yet so that makes at least 6 then.
