How do I discontinue my subscription so that I am not charged again?

I've tried that. It doesn't accept my password so I attempt to change my password and repeatedly get a message that my password isn't acceptable. I've tried so many different passwords and nothing works. I've been charged 24.99 twice now and have not been able to resolve this. If I can't get this resolved in the next few days I'll be calling my credit card company to report fraud.
You mean the game won't let you sign in to your dashboard?
Make sure that the password is 12 or more characters, and contains a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Thanks, I’ve done all that. Repeatedly. I even allowed the computer to generate a password and that wasn’t accepted. I’ve sent an email to Support and have had no response. I’ll be contacting my credit card to report fraud.

Regardless of what password I try, I get this response. This has been going on since September of 2022.
I have emailed the support email address and have received no response.

I just went to my dashboard and could actually login! I can see that I've been charged twice but I don't see any way to end my subscription. Hopefully, my credit card company has put a halt to that.This is the first I've been able to log in to my account for a long time!
