It would mean that XONOS has released some of our top-secret files with methods that are otherwise classified.
An example would be the Project AUTOMIZE logs by yours truly, Titeous Drake. Another would be my list of commanders to the organizer of the RS. All these files are being released by XONOS and I'm afraid it will release more until we stop this renegade Automaton. The true Xonos Darkgrate has been released by the RS to apprehend XONOS. If you see him please leave him be. You may be talking to a more dangerous Xonos. If he talks to you first then you can be pretty sure he's the good one. (Unless XONOS has upgraded his cortex and is now capable of overriding his moral buffers.)
