Well I normally start the whole contest the next month. So the first of November would be when the Competition starts. So the deadline for the next one is November 10th. If you guys like I can send out the Competition Introduction and you guys can begin posting your art?

Yeah Reference material sometimes, in certain themes I'll tell you if you can.
It's preferred to do it out of your heads.
