Oh my goodness, I just now realizes that you put me in it! I need to be on here more often.AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!Your art is amazing!!!
Whew, I haven't posted here in a while. Alrighty, then! Here we go:
I'm also nearly finished with Shadowfire's picture. I'll try to have it posted by the end of this week.
I finished @Shadowfire_Fanglecraft's picture! This one was fun to draw. I used a reference picture for the pose, but it didn't include the very edge of the skirt so I just winged it. I also just realized that I didn't draw the top of the other shoe...so...my apologies.
Anyway, hope you like it!
Next is Alex Amberblast (I have the pictures) and after that @Peregrine_Appleclock! (Peri, I need your pictures now, if you please! )
Thanks you! (OOL )
That's so super amazing!!Thank you for drawing me!
Oo, I love it Ari! I've always struggled with drawing people riding on dragons, but your picture makes it look just so simple!
I hope you all have a blessed Christmas with your family and friends. Remember that Jesus is the reason for the season! We celebrate with gifts because two thousand years ago, He was sent to earth as a gift from God. He was born for a special purpose, to one day go to the Cross and be the perfect sacrifice that would take away the sins of the world. That is the ultimate gift, one which each of us can choose to either accept or deny. It's the most important decision we will ever make.
This Christmas, remember what God did for us. The Savior of the world came as a baby in a manger.
Amazing Ariella! It's beautiful!
Wow! Both @Lightscape_Ironwalker and I said it was beautiful. What a time to run out of likes, eh? *shakes head silently *
I got some Copic markers for Christmas and ended up making this!
THAT IS ONE OF THE BEST PICTURES OF THE SCARLET MAN I HAVE EVER SEEN.
THAT IS AMAZING.
AAAAAAH! ARE YOU ACCEPTING COMMISSIONS AND IF YES THEN AM I ON YOUR LIST AND IF NO THEN CAN I BE?!
Yes, you're on my list, but there are still four people ahead of you. Hopefully I'll get a lot of inspiration and can finish these commissions quickly!
My question is. . . how did you manage that awesome shading. . . with pens??
Anyway, well done!!
That's the thing with Copic markers: you can layer the pens darker and darker! (Also blend different colors together. To get the red on the cloak, I used a single layer of orange-red for the lightest part, several layers of the same orange-red for the medium part, and a layer of brown on the edges to get the darkest part.) I shall have to do more experimentation, but so far I love these markers.
Hello, aetherfriends! I don't think any of you remember this:
But I do. Mostly because I discovered that drawing of Georgia in my old sketchbook! Take a look!
I also found the picture I redrew a year afterward:
I know that I could make it even better if I redrew it a third time. Do you guys think I should?
