I would recommend Code Name Vivaldi by the Piano Guys, it's one of my favorite songs. It definitely has emotion

Ooh, I'd also recommend Arwen's Vigil (also by the Piano Guys--Sorry, I'm listening to them right now, sue me! )
Arwen's Vigil would probably be better suited to ballet, if that's what you're looking for, it's a "smoother" song (I don't know how to describe it, but it sort of flows, ya know?)

I really enjoy pretty much all of the Piano Guys songs (sorry, but Let It Go does not make the cut).
They do a lot of instrumental remixes of popular songs (I.E. Let It Go, Rolling in the Deep, Etc.), but they also have original songs, too.
Here's some of my favorite Piano Guys Songs (no particular order):

• Code Name Vivaldi
• Arwen's Vigil
• The Pirates of the Caribbean one (I don't remember the exact title)
• The LOTR/Hobbit one (Again, don't remember the name)
• Cello Wars
• Michael Meets Mozart
