It definitely is Hera being called over the loudspeaker! (Not her dad, Cham, like I thought for a while.) I just found this quote:
“I can clarify that’s absolutely Hera being paged, not her dad,” Filoni says. “The movie gives that away, but I would rather have all the [references] be right. Hera will eventually become a general in the Rebel Alliance.”

I can conclude something after watching THIS trailer video:
Since Hera is narrating and the music is all sad and she says "We never imagined that it would end like this" I'm going to go out on a limb and guess and only Hera survives Season 4 of Rebels (until she probably dies in the Battle of Scarif), or at least Kanan and Ezra die (or Ezra turns evil. I'm just going to call it now. HE'S TOTALLY GOING TO THE DARK SIDE PEOPLE AND THEN HE'S GOING TO DIE) because there is no mention of them as being in Rogue One or the Force Awakens or any of the other movies, since Luke is apparently the last Jedi or Rei is or some such nonsense (in the Last Jedi trailer he says "it is time for the Jedi to end " very ominously).
ANYWAY, does anyone have any other information or ideas about this? I'm predicting that only Hera (and maybe Chopper though he's annoying) will survive the FINAL SEASON of Star Wars Rebels.
