After Glitch Fix - Notice Still Not "Enjoying the Race" - Help?

Just got news of the long awaited big fix for Edmunds Air Racer. Just tried to fly it and am still not having any success. How are we supposed to "enjoy the race?

Sorry for the misunderstanding—the race glitch has not been resolved yet. We have received word that it is being worked on and may be fixed soon.

I’ve been trying to reach someone to do a manual override, but I’ve been unsuccessful. What is the best way to get someone to respond to my request. My kids and I are all stuck. 🤷🏻‍♀️
