He can't feel it.
A helmet that's most likely the reason he's crazy.
Who are you talking about?
I sigh loudly. A guy in my class!
Oh. Well how was I supposed to know??
Good point. Maybe you should've stayed out of my thoughts!
I sigh again. We need to figure out what that helmet does. But How can I examine it when it's on his head??
Hmm, remember what Jefferson said?
Jefferson says a lot of things, which phrase are you referring to?
The one when I got my head stuck in a metal orb that closed around my head and made me hate you.
Oh yah, that one. What did he say again?
He said that when you need to study something that's stuck on someone's head you must try to examine all the angles you can. And that one of the angles might hold the answer.
Hmm, you're right Willow. That's what I need to do!
I get up and start walking around Sam, carefully studying the helmet. It looked normal, but at the same time it looked complex. I squint hard at it, trying to figure out what it holds. Sam squirms under my stare.
"Why are you staring at me like that? What's wrong with you?"
I narrow my eyes. "Oh stuff a cog in it." I mutter and keep walking around him.
"What? I couldn't hear you!" Sam complains.
I scowl, "NONE OF YOUR CONCERN!" I yell in his face. Luna runs up and pulls me aside.
"Listen, I know you're trying to help but I don't think this is the right way." She says softly so Sam can't hear.
"But we don't know any other way!" I argue.
Luna frowns, "You have a point there...ok, go ahead." She lets me go and I go back to my studying.
"Why are you so weird??" Sam says in an annoying voice.
"I'm done, for now." I say staring daggers at Sam. As calmly as I can I walk up to my room and shut the door. Then I get out my notebook and start working on my formula again.
