I've been going through the chat logs and have been seeing more discussions on places and even specific hotels/prices...

Guys, if you can't talk about it on the forums it goes double for in-game. I don't want to have to tell you don't talk about it but these are the rules, I don't have a choice, we can't start making the rules vague even if it is for a good reason.

While having a cool fan meet up would be awesome, because it isn't being organized by us we can not confirm or ever be sure that it is 100% safe and what it seems. Don't get me wrong, I know you all and I know you wouldn't do harm to anyone but in terms of the rules, it doesn't matter.
We may see it as some awesome fans that just want to get together and have fun but the rules don't, rules are made to stop bad things from happening and keep things safe.

I don't want to scare anyone but I'm sure you can all imagine what the rules are protecting you against when it prevents you from meeting up in real life.

Up to this point in time, I haven't received any sort of contact from a parent to say they are willing to take on the responsibility of organizing and supervising any sort of event like this.
I feel like this might change the circumstances which MAY allow some sort of discussion on the forums as to places and all that but this will have to wait till A: a Parent/parents express interest in doing this and B: The Executive producer returns so I can ask his opinion on this as I am sure he knows more about these sorts of things and the rules around them than myself.

Yep, I totally understand. I wasn't sure that was allowed or not, thanks for clarifying. We shall refrain from saying anything in-game that we wouldn't say here on the forums, from now on.

Does this mean if a parent(s) was/were to step up and say that they could organize it, we could still organize it? I know a couple parents who would.

I can't be 100% on that right now but it has a much higher chance of being acceptable than the current situation, no offense intended.

I really don't want anyone to take offense to this but I sort of have to just say this straight.
Currently, there are just a group of young people trying to meet up saying there will be parents or at least some supervision. Since we can't ever be 100% sure people are who they say they are we can't take any sort of risks here but the risks are somewhat mitigated by the presence of multiple adults who want to help organize the event.

Again, I need to say this isn't 100%.
I would prefer to see some interest from Parents to help organize this if this is going to be a thing as we, for the most part, are in New Zealand. There are some options we can look into but we just aren't currently in a position to help that much

This sounds very fun, although I don't think I could go to it... I don't know, my parents might let me... Although it is a long way out and my mom wouldn't think it was safe... So I don't know..

My parents don't know much about the forums and the people on here, and even though you guys are Christian and GREAT people my parents would say no. Even though I would DESPERATELY want to go.

Do you think it would be possible to have or in different regions? One in NZ and one in America? We could have @Hanna_Brassheart and @Goku_Ironheart supervise it then. Just a thought. I know there might be other people in none of those countries and people want to see other people like @Xonos_Darkgrate1, @Jacoby_Elderfun1 and the totally awesome @Drmeh_Orangescope but currently it's almost near impossible unless God can come through. Remember what this game was made for in the first place. For the glory of God and not ourselves. Not for meeting up with our online friends.

... I always thought it would be so cool if all the kids on the Aetherlight met up outside the Scarlet City studios and went in for a tour together... and got to meet Goku and the people who created the game. I've been dreaming of that ever since I got on here, but that's totally unlikely
