That is so beautiful!!!!!!!!!!! It annoys me when people draw figures that are supposed to be moving, but they look like they're just standing there. This, however, really captures the energy! I could picture the before - and - after movement leading up to/out of this picture. Like a little movie, playing in my head. 
What did you use to draw it? Also, the cape looks like its really billowing, and you did a great job with the proportions in general!
This is really superb, and I love that you did it by hand!
