So, I said I would make a court, if I won and I did so here we go.

So for this we will have seven judges. The seven judges will vote for rules we want for role-play or for Members President, if @Hans_Oddcraft, would say it's all right. The think in question that wants to get voted will be given to the seven judges. If the thing in question gets 4 votes by the judges the thing in question will become a rule. There will also be a popular vote to see how you all think a rule should go, but keep in mind it won't count to anything. A judge may be a judge for three presidential elections. There will be an election to see who the judges will be every term.
So,

• I would like to become a judge in the Aethasian Court.
• I would rather not be a judge in the Aethasian Court.

I like this idea a lot, @Jacoby_Elderfun1, I just have one condition, please make this so that a person can follow the Presidential stuff without needing to follow this, just for people who don’t want to get involved in another dimension of the political system. This is great as long as it doesn’t have a large effect on the political system. I love the idea of the judges voting on new rules but the rules will have to be approved by me before the judges vote on it and I will post the new rule if the judges are in favor. @Jacoby_Elderfun1

6.5 Judges must act fast, if no judge votes on a new law within 6 hours of suggestion the law will pass automatically.

Reasons why:

3.2.1.2: Why shouldn't this be allowed? That's called freedom of speech.
3.2.2: What's wrong with that? So you're saying that if everyone voted for the same person, the votes wouldn't count? That makes no sense. If everyone believes Candidate A will do better than Candidate B, why shouldn't everyone be allowed to vote for the candidate they choose?
6.5: That won't work if we get a New Zealander president in, like Dr. Meh. NZ Presidents could be setting up polls at 1 A.M. our time for all we know. They could even do it on purpose, so their law would pass automatically, and therefore pass whatever laws they like. I suggest an amendment of 12 hours, to make it reasonable.

Other than those, Hans, you did a great job gathering all the rules into one place. It looks very official.

For rule 3.2.2, you have to carefully look at the word intentionally. If everyone voted for him for some good reason then it's fine. But sometimes people choose not to vote for others because of hatred, biasness (is this a word).

For rule 6.5 I agree with @Hanna_Brassheart. @Hans_Oddcraft can you (or I) change it to 12 hours instead due to time difference?

For rule 3.2.1.2, it says stirred up the other voters against another candidate. You can say things about yourself, but stirring up against others is not allowed. This can cause mayhem and arguements that could end badly.
