The way I see it if the topics first post doesn't adhere to steps 1 and 3 properly I will likely be inclined to remove it.
As I see most of the group posts, they tend to fizzle out after a couple of posts as there is no real direction/reason that the groups are created. To me, it seems the groups are created just because you can rather than for a specific purpose.
My stance on the group function still hasn't changed since I last posted about it.
Groups have to be created by admins and I don't like the idea of having to create a group every time someone makes a group post, coupled with the idea that an admin would have to manually add/remove people everytime they want to join/leave.
Basically, it's a lot of work for an @(insert group name) to work.
